Sean Zarinegar, President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director.
Sean Zarinegar has been an officer and director of the Company since its inception. Additionally, from January 2002 and continuing through the present, Mr. Zarinegar has been the President and director of CBA Capital, Inc., an investment banking and venture capital company based in Colorado. Sean Zarinegar has been active as a real estate investor in Colorado Springs and Southern Colorado for several years. Mr. Zarinegar has over a decade of experience in business development, management and sales with emphasis on private and IPO funding.
Laurence G. Preble, Vice President and Director.
Laurence G. Preble has recently joined as Vice President and director of HPI. From October 2001 and continuing through the present, Mr. Preble has been Vice President of KUD International, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kajima Corporation, a construction and development firm based in Japan. >From February 2005 and continuing through the present, Mr. Preble has been the President and director of Flintridge Investments Corp., an investment management firm based in Nevada. Flintridge Investments Corp. is the managing member of Flintridge Properties, LLC.
Mr. Preble is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Petroleum Refining Engineering. He received a law degree from Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining KUD International, LLC, Mr. Preble was the senior real estate partner at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, an international law firm based in Los Angeles. At O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, Mr. Preble served as the Chair of its 70-lawyer real estate department and as a member of its management committee. He is a member of the state bar of California. He is a frequent lecturer and author on real estate issues and has been appointed as Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and Fordham University School of Law in New York. He has been elected as a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has served as Chair of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute.
Mr. Preble has been active in civic and community affairs and has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the House Ear Institute, a medical research organization in Los Angeles. Additionally, he has served as a Trustee of Harvey Mudd College and the Citizen's Budget Commission in New York City.
Bill Skeele, Development and Construction.
Bill Skeele holds degrees in Architectural Technology and Construction Technology. Bill Skeele has extensive construction background. He is a Class A-1 General Contractor with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. Mr. Skeele is currently a partner or owner of three major projects; Bear Creek Crossing, a $24mil, 80 Unit Condominium project in entitlement, Telluride Mountain Village, a $6mil single family project in final construction phases, and Indian Heights Casitas, a $2.9mil single family project which is in the sales phase. >From 2003 to 2006 Mr. Skeele worked as Project Consultant on Wildwood at Northgate Filing 1&2, Sierra Springs, Falcon Terrace, Stetson Ridge Highlands, Wildwood Ridge at Northgate, and Falcon Ridge at Springs Ranch, all Colorado Springs projects, ranging from $1.3mil to $46mil. Prior to his private sector work, Mr. Skeele was a project manager for the United States Air Force Academy and Peterson Air Force Base. He holds certifications in Concrete Inspection, Quality Control, Hazardous Materials and Government Contracts, among others.
Shawn McKee, Vice President of Business Development.
Shawn McKee, of Colorado Springs Housing Partners, has over 10 years experience in diverse areas including business management, marketing and investor relations. He has successfully managed numerous national accounts with thousands of clients throughout North America and will be instrumental in the success of the company.
William Thrailkill, Director.
Mr. Thrailkill has been President of his company, All Metals Fabricating, Inc., since 1978, when he purchased the business. All Metals acquired K-Flex Systems in 2004, which provides dishwasher conveyer systems to hospitals, schools, military bases and casinos. Mr. Thrailkill also serves as a general partner in BEBDT Realty, Ltd., a family partnership created to invest in real estate projects around the country. After approximately fifteen years, BEBDT Realty has grown to about $10 million in value. Along with local partners, Mr. Thrailkill purchases land for residential development, completes horizontal development, and sells to developers to build residential homes.
