Currently Core owns over 100 acres of land within 8 projects as well as 43 rental units within its income producing portfolio. These projects are in various stages of land banking, entitlement, development or construction, with mixed uses.
The mission of Company remains to develop raw land for residential, retail and commercial use in highly sought after areas, creating maximum profits for the company and its partners.
As part of the CORE strategy look for a menu of investments in the coming months. Investors will have access to solid investments in raw land, entitled land and development. These investments can be designed for appreciation, possible first year cash flow, or combinations of both.
